Terms of Service

Pulse Commerce is an AI-powered e-commerce analytics tool. It helps online store owners analyse data, benchmark performance against sector averages, and identify actionable improvements.

Pulse is a decision-support tool. Analysis generated by the AI is based on the data you provide and does not constitute professional advice. All business decisions remain your responsibility.

By using Pulse, you agree not to:

• Abuse, scrape, or attempt to reverse-engineer the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service
• Upload illegal content or content that violates third-party rights
• Attempt to access other users' accounts or data

We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms without refund.

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with 20 analyses included. No credit card is required to start. The trial ends automatically after 7 days or 20 analyses, whichever comes first.

After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription. Plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges until you cancel.

You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

All payments are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for any reason, including unused analyses or early cancellation.

You own your data. By using the service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process your data solely to provide the service. We do not use your business data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

The service is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for business decisions made based on Pulse analysis, or for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.

We may update these terms. We will notify you by email at least 30 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
