Privacy Policy

We collect the minimum necessary to run the service:

• Account information — name and email address when you register, including via Google OAuth.
• Store profile data — the store context you configure: name, sector, platform, baseline metrics, campaigns, competitors.
• Conversation history — messages and analyses within your workspace.
• Integration data — analytics metrics from connected tools (Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Shopify) that you explicitly authorise.
• Uploaded files — CSVs, Excel files, PDFs, and screenshots you upload for analysis.

• To provide the Pulse service and generate AI-powered analysis.
• To improve the product based on anonymised usage patterns.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, team invites, billing receipts).

We do not sell your data. We do not use your business data to train AI models without your explicit consent.

All data is stored securely on Supabase in the EU region (Frankfurt). Data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Each workspace is fully isolated — no data is shared between accounts.

We share data only with the following sub-processors:

• Supabase — database and authentication (EU region)
• Anthropic — AI processing of your messages to generate responses
• Vercel — hosting and deployment
• Resend — transactional email delivery
• Klaviyo — marketing emails, only with your explicit consent
• Stripe — payment processing

All sub-processors comply with GDPR and operate under appropriate data transfer mechanisms.

You can access, correct, or delete your data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at hello@pulsecommerce.app. We respond within 30 days.

Your data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Billing records are retained as required by law (7 years).

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. No tracking cookies, no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies.
